FAQ

Buyers have responsibility to provide actual power. Buyer advised to provide power as format below, eg:

R : SPH -1.00 CYL 0.00 AX 0

L : SPH -3.25 CYL -.025 AX 180

R is RIGHT SIDE, SPH is MYOPIA (RABUN JUAH) -100 degree, CYL is ASTIG (SILAU) none

L is LEFT SIDE, SHP is MYOPIA (RABUN JUAH) -325 degree, CYL is ASTIG (SILAU) -25 degree, and AX is AXIS is 180 degree (Axis is came togather with Astig)

Degree is 25 as 1 unit, eg -0.25, -0.50, -0.75, -1.00, -1.25, -1.50 etc

Q1: HOW TO GET MY POWER READING??

A: First, ask yourself. DOES MY VISION IS CLEAR?

If yes, just get the current spec power as the format required.

If no,buyer can go to optical shop ask for free machine eye test.

Remember get the 2 result from the salesperson:

1. Result generated from Autorefractor Keratometer machine.
2. Ask the salesperson check your current spec power, and write down on paper.

3. Compare both results.

If the SPH of machine result will be higher than the current spec power that mean your myopia is increasing. That's why your vision is blur. Normally the CYL is higher than the current spec power. Don't worry, CYL is not easy increasing.

Q2: IF I DON'T KNOW MY AXIS??

A: You can have a free eye test at any optical shop. Then, you'll get the result as the picture below.
Provide to us the AX reading of both side.

 

DON'T PROVIDE THE POWER OF CONTACT LENSES. IT'S DIFFERENT FORM THE SPEC.

Q3: WHEN I CAN GET MY STUFF?
A: We will post out within 2 working days once received payment. Poslaju will reach you within 2 working days. 
Note: Poslaju will off at every first Saturday of the month.

 Q4: CAN I SENT MY CURRENT SPECTACLE FOR REPLACING LENSES?
A: Yes, we do replacing lenses for spectacles, but spectacle MUST in good condition.
